The duration of use is currently one week from the time of download and may vary based on the package selected by the user. After the specified duration, the app will no longer function and the user will be required to purchase a new license to continue using the app.
No Resale or Editing
You agree that you will not resell, distribute or transfer the app to any third party, whether for profit or not. You also agree that you will not edit, modify, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, or create any derivative works based on the app.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the app, including all content, images, graphics, audio and video clips, and software, belong exclusively to us. You agree not to infringe upon our intellectual property rights in any way, and to use the app only as permitted by these terms and conditions for touristic, educational purposes only.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the app or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained in the app for any purpose. You agree that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this app.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the app at any time if you breach any of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the app and delete all copies of the app from your devices.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts Malta.
