1. Introduction & Acceptance
By downloading or using the City Explorer Malta Tour App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to the terms, do not use this application.
2. License Grant
City Explorer Malta Tour App grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content in the App including video, audio, images, text, and code, are the intellectual property of City Explorer Malta Tour App and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, duplication or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.
4. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
– Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
– Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code.
– Share, resell, or commercially exploit the content.
5. Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
6. Limitation of Liability
City Explorer Malta Tour App is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this app.
7. Privacy & Data Collection
The App may collect anonymous usage data to improve functionality. Personal data, if collected, will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Applicable Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malta.
